Applications
Applicable for long distance transportation, with high speed,and high carrying capacity and high tensile strength. It is widely used in the industries as mining,metallurgy,harbor and etc.
Advantages
It has high tensile strength, low elongation, impact resistance and good troughability, and is suitable for long-distance, high-capacity and high-speed material conveying.
2) It has better flexibility than the fabric conveyor belt with the same fineness, and requires small roller diameter.
3) Galvanized open steel cords and rubber which can be well bonded with the steel cords are tightly combined, so it has impact resistance and long service life.
4) It adopts an advanced production process. The steel cords are uniformly arranged, have consistent tension, stably run and cannot deviate.
5) One or two layers of anti-tear nets are added according to special requirements of customers to reduce the tear of the conveyor belt in the longitudinal direction.
