Product Introduction:

With imported waterproof composite as the main body, it is made of special stitching and pressing technology.

The product has the properties of waterproof, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and high strength. It can be used in the environment with pH ≥ 10 and temperature of 45-65 ℃ for a long time.

It is mainly applicable to the power assembly (engine) plant of automobile company and other equipment in long-term contact with strong acid and alkali solution.

Material parameters:

Imported anti-corrosion and waterproof composite materials

The original research product adopts the structure of base cloth + surface impregnation, which has the excellent performance of corrosion resistance, oil repellency, high strength and wear resistance. The protective product is waterproof.

Flame retardant elastic belt

It has good flame retardancy, high strength, elongation ratio over 1:2.5, and is not easy to produce fatigue under the long-term action of external force.

Flame retardant sewing thread

The suture is made of Kevlar 1414 fiber, which has high strength and good toughness, and effectively enhances the suture strength and flame retardancy of the suture.
