TITIANSUHE’s Manual ratcheting chain hoistare designed to provide solutions for short distance overhead lifting in all industries, cable pulling and tensioning in electricity, cargo securing during transportation, equipment positioning during installation or maintenance, and material handling for construction. All our Manual lever ratchet hoistare type tested with destructive test at minimum 400% of rated load and fatigue tested over 1500 life cycles. They are designed and built with highest safety that meet EN13157, ASMEB30.21 and AS1482 specifications. Ranged from a minimum working load 250kg up to maximum 9000kg, this versatile tool will help you to get job done with high efficiency, but small cost.

How To Use A Manual Ratchet Lever Hoists

Free Chain Operation- Quickly adjust the loose chain and move the unloaded hook the desired position for load attachment.

Step 1:

Place the change over switch to the “N” position.

Step 2:

Pull the lifting chain to the desired position to attach the load.

Step 3:

Move the change over switch to the “up” or “down” position to disengage the free chain operation.

Step 4:

Pull the lifting chain from both sides to assure it is out of free chain mode.
