Product Description:
Techwin CKLID-1 series 1550nm band short nanosecond pulsed fiber lasers are designed for LiDAR
applications, with high peak power, high pulse energy, ultra compact package, adjustable pulse
repetition rate. CKLID-1 is based on MOPA structure, Telecom grade cooled DFB semiconductor is
used as the seed laser, high speed and reliable electrical circuits generates sub-nanosecond short pulse,
then a cascaded fiber amplifiers boost optical signal to high power output. Peak power can be up to
10kW, pulse energy can be more than 30uJ and average power can be more than 1W.
CKLID-1 is a ultra-compact pulsed fiber laser transmitter operating at eye-safe wavelength range, can
be easily integrated into customers LiDAR systems.
