Product Introduction:
Plastic low temperature embrittlement testing machine is to determine the temperature of rubber and plastic when the sample is damaged by impact under specified conditions, that is, the brittleness temperature, which can make comparative identification of the performance of non-rigid plastics and other elastic materials under low temperature conditions, and the advantages and shortcomings of temperature and low temperature performance. Therefore, both in scientific research materials and production process control are indispensable. This instrument is according to GB/T 15256 and GB/T5470 standard design, the development of compressor refrigeration equipment. The equipment adopts the cascade compressor refrigeration technology, the heat balance principle and the circulation stirring method to achieve automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of the sample. This equipment is divided into rubber low temperature brittleness testing machine and plastic low temperature brittleness testing machine two kinds.

1. temperature control range: -80℃ (room temperature ≤25℃) (there are -60. -70. -80℃ three models for customers to choose)

0 ℃ —— 1.2 ℃ —— 20 ℃ / min
- 20 ℃ —— 1.0 ℃ to 30 ℃ / min
- 30 ℃ —— 0.7 ℃ to 60 ℃ / min
-40℃——-60℃ about 0.7℃/min
-60℃——-80℃ About 0.5℃/min
Note: The use environment is used at room temperature (23-25 ℃), and the effect of diffusing temperature of the compressor is maintained during work. The side door can be fully opened.
