Main uses:

The shoelace eye wear testing machine is mainly used to test the wear resistance of shoelace and shoe eye under repeated friction. The device evaluates its durability and service life by simulating the friction action of the shoelace against the eye of the shoe during actual use. Technical parameters:

Sample group number: generally multi-group, such as 6 groups, in order to test multiple samples at the same time, improve work efficiency.

Test speed: indicates the moving speed of the fixture during the test, generally 60±3 times/min or 100±5 times/min, the specific speed can be set according to the test requirements and standards.

Test times: A wide range of test times can be preset, such as 0-99999999 times, to ensure that various test needs can be met. During the test, the device automatically stops when the preset number of times is reached.

Test load: Used to simulate the tension of shoelaces during use, generally 250g or 455±5g, the specific load can be set according to test requirements and standards.
