EN is European Norm. According to the common obligations undertaken by the participating countries, the adoption of this EN standard will give legal status to the relevant national standards of a member state, or revoke the relevant standards of a certain country that is opposed to it. Difference between EN 14399-3 and EN 14399-4

Both en iso 14399-3 nuts and EN 14399-4 nuts are high-strength nuts and bolts for preloading. BS EN 14399-3 structural nuts are used for part 3 which belongs to system HR. EN ISO 14399-4 structural nuts are used for part 4 which belongs to system HV.
