Superhard material Grinding Wheel consists of Diamond/CBN and bond, made by the way of drying and pressing.

Superhard material Grinding Wheel can be made into two kinds of abrasive, They are Diamond and CBN. And superhard material Grinding Wheel can be made into 4 kinds of bond, they are resin bond, vitrified bond, metallic bond and electroplating process.

Superhard material Grinding Wheel can be made into many Types, they are plain, bowl, cup, dish, etc. In addition, ordinary Grinding Wheel whole made of abrasive and bond, however the superhard material Grinding Wheel has an aluminum alloy/steel substrate, and the edge is abrasive layer.

Superhard material Grinding Wheel not only has good grinding performance, long service life, and it is with so much environmental protection.

Superhard material Grinding Wheel hardness is higher, so it can grind some hard material which the ordinary Grinding Wheel can’t grind.

Generally Speaking, diamond Grinding Wheel with resin bond is suitable for grinding Tungsten Carbide;

CBN Grinding Wheel with resin bond is suitable for grinding High Speed Steel (hardened steel);

Superhard material Grinding Wheel with metallic bond is suitable for glass, ceramic, agate, etc. ;

vitrified bond is suitable for the silicon and magnetic materials;
