Performance:
-77PD has very excellent static ozone resistance;
-77PD has a certain improvement effect on flexural fatigue;
-77PD has a certain protective effect on the catalytic oxidation of variable valence metals such as copper and manganese;
Since 77PD has very good solubility in rubber, it is not easy to cause rubber materials to bloom at high concentrations.
Application:
-77PD is suitable for rubber materials that require long-term static ozone protection, such as aircraft tires, engineering tires, agricultural tires, hoses and gaskets and other rubber products;
-77PD can be used as an antioxidant for fuel;
In the polymerization of styrene monomer, p-methylstyrene, divinylbenzene and acrylate, 77PD can be used as an inhibitor.
