Material: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polyethylene high-density (PEHD) is a polyethylene thermoplastic made from petroleum. It is sometimes called “alkathene” or “polythene” when used for pipes.With a high strength-to-density ratio, HDPE is used in the production ofcorrosion-resistant piping, geomembranes, and plastic lumber.

- Electrofusion fittings, 20-630mm, in SDR11 and 17.
- Butt fusion fittings, 20-1200mm, available in SDR 11, SDR13.6, SDR17, SDR21 for different ranges.
- Socket fusion fittings, 20-110mm, all in PN16.
- PP/PE compression fittings, 20-110mm for PN10 or PN16.
- Clamp saddle, 20-315mm
- Steel flangeandstub end(flange adaptor), 20-1200mm.
- PE/Steel transition fittings which can connect the steel pipe and PE pipe with male/female thread or butt welded.

Butt fusion fittings
Butt welding or butt fusion, which is a type of hot plate welding. This technique is heating two end surface of HDPE pipe or fitting against a heated hot plate surface. After a certain time, the heating plate is removed and the two pieces are pressed together and to cool under pressure, forming the desired bond. This process is commonly used in plastic pressure pipe systems to join a pipe and fitting together, or to join a length of pipe directly to another length of pipe.
Kinson Butt fusion fittings/butt welding fittings adopt imported PE100 material that has high resistance, mainly used in HDPE gas and water pipelines. All the fittings are CE, ISO9001 certificated.
