Ball mill is ore dressing equipment, mainly used for crushing bulk ore materials into ore pulp, for further separating operations.
The grinding operations of grinding mills are done in the cylinder, and the internal ball grinding mill is filled with steel balls and ores. Ball grinder rotates driven by electromotor, and during the rotating, the ore and steel balls will be sent to a certain height and then fall down freely. Ore in the cylinder of ball mill grinder would be crushed violently by steel balls mounted on cylinder, so as to grind ores and other materials.
Ball mill machine or industrial grinding machines can be divided into overflow grinding ball and grid grinding miller according to discharging way. The overflow grinding ball makes overflow discharging from its hollow shaft, while the grid grinding miller discharges from the scallop hole on the grid plate.
