Slide pneumatic-hydraulic overload protection: slide stops automatically when the load is 10% more than the nominal capacity.
Overload reset time (after the slide stops at TDC) <180seconds.
Manual blown-off can be carried out when the mode switch is at "test" position.
Eight-points square guides for slide. Super-long guiding. Perpendicularity between the slide movement and bolster top has been kept.
Electrical die height adjustment device. Adjusted only at normal counterbalance pressure, hydraulic protection and lubrication.
Automatic stop at upper and lower adjustment limit.
Manual adjustment by functional keys / hand wheel. Automatic adjustment by preset value.

The frame is of welded structure with stress-relief.
The welding groove form and weld selection meet the standards, and CO2 gas shielded welding is used. Special inspections such as non-destructive testing are carried out on key welds.
After welding, the Straight Side Double Points High Precision Press machinebody undergoes treatment to eliminate internal stress. Eliminating the deformation of components and instability in the overall geometric accuracy of the press structure caused by stress release after long-term operation of the press.
To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the dimensions of large parts such as the machine body, all welding of large parts is completed on the boring and milling machining center, with one clamping to ensure the geometric accuracy of the press.
