The main active ingredients of agaricus blazei extract are polysaccharides and steroids. The beta-glucan(a kind of specific polysaccharides) of agaricus blazei is anti-tumor and can restrain the tumor cells.Agaricus blazei polysaccharides extracted with hot water have strong anti-cancer activity, strengthen the body and supply the energy, lower blood sugar, blood pressure, and blood cholesterol levels.
