90 Degree Silicone Reducer Hose
90 degree silicone reducer hose is engineered for a transition between two pipes with different sizes. Three types of silicone reducers are provided here: polyester reinforced, Nomex reinforced, and Fluoro lined. Each of them has its own unique properties. Generally, Nomex is superior to polyester in withstanding higher temperatures, but Fluoro can carry oil & fuel while the other two fail.
Polyester reinforced
90��reducer hose with polyester reinforcement is very effective for carrying water, coolant, air. It is often used in cold sides of intercooler, turbo and intake components and piping.
Features:
Working temperature: 50�� to +170�� (-58�H to 338�H);
UV and ozone resistant;
3 to 5-ply premium polyester fabric reinforced;
Silicone hose creates a barrier to loosen medium;
Available in black, red, blue.
Remark
Reducer silicone hose reinforced by polyester is NOT compatible with fuel or oil.

Nomex reinforced (High Temp)
Nomex reinforced reducer hose is notable for its higher working temperature high pressure. Compared to polyester reinforced conducer, its operating temperature can reach +220�� (+428�H). 90��silicone reducer is frequently used in hot sides of turbo boost hoses and intercooler where other hoses fail.

Working temperature: -60�� to 220�� (-76�H to +428�H);
3 - 5-ply Nomex reinforced configuration;
UV and ozone resistant;
High Flame-resistant;
Silicone hose creates a barrier to loosen medium;
Only available in black.

Fluoro lined for oils & fuel
Fluoro lined silicone reducer is especially designed for carrying oils & fuel. Compared with the other silicone hoses, the distinct difference is that the Fluoro liner prevents oil seepage through the hose wall. It is often used in turbocharger and intercooler hoses which meet Euro 3 and 4 emission levels.

Recommended temperature: �C60 to +225��C (-76�H to +437�H);
Reinforced by 3 to 4-ply premium polyester fabric;
Nomex reinforced can be fabricated by special order.
Available in black, red, blue;
UV and ozone resistant;
Excellent flexibility.
