Mainly used to produce Simmons mattress, brown pad and so on.

Broken line from the stop, automatically from the needle
Cut line pull cloth with high speed, production efficiency than similar domestic products 20% -50%.
Bottom line can choose ordinary blended cotton thread, no need to replace.
Sewing thickness of different fabrics, the pattern deformation gap is small.
Use of pneumatic trimming mechanism, due to the rapid cutting line, cut line neat, basically no exposed head.
Dual-axis use of high-power original Panasonic servo motor, can be quilted thickness <= 80mm.
Large X-axis travel (travel up to 4200mm) can quilting a large pattern.
