To help customer save cost and provide better services in the whole automation stamping lines, KINGLAN made an investment on high-quality feeding system which can be used for various applications, like uncoiler, straightener, servo feeder, 2 in 1 uncoiler-straightener, 3 in 1 uncoiler-straightener-feeder, zigzag feeder etc. Ourcooperating with our stamping press can provide customer with an unusual and high efficiency experience.
With the manufacturing industry changing every day, especially in the hardware metal stamping area, the requirements for product precision and automation are getting higher and higher. According to the development trend of the market, our company adopts Siemens' programming controller (PLC) and man-machine interface (HMI) and Siemens servo drive system to realize automatic and precision feeding. We can also design PLC, HMI and other components as per customer’s request to fit in individual and local market demand.
KINGLAN introduced new technology from Japan and Germany, also upgraded our products and restructured our company in 2007. To enrich our products and help customer save more cost, apart from power press machine, JINAOLAN also invests many other production line surrounding products like feeding system, stamping die, transfer arms etc. which forms today's KINGLAN GROUP.
