T4L8 Four Point Eight Link Mechanical Press
The T4L8 series mechanical eccentric press is a four point eight-linkage press. It has its own special structures as a large-scale tonnage press machine made by KINGLAN. In the transmission system of the press, the multi-link mechanism not only keeps the working stroke of the slider at a lower uniform speed, but also increases the speed of the slider in the approach stroke and the return stroke, thereby shortening the stroke cycle time of the slider and increasing the number of strokes of the press.
The starting point of the multi-link drive is to reduce the working stroke speed and speed up the idle speed to achieve the goal of improving productivity. The multi-link mechanical stamping press is divided into six links, eight links, ten links and other different types of presses. Among them, the eight-link is especially suitable for sheet metal stamping and deep drawing processes, and is used for mass production of large-scale thin-plate covers, such as the roof and doors of cars and trucks. It is especially suitable for deep drawing work.
The impact force of the mold in the stretching work area is small, and the working area at full load is long. However, due to the complicated structure of the transmission system, the required processing and assembly precision is high, so the manufacturing cycle is long, and the manufacturing cost is increased.
