L150 Lever Type Load Binder
The lever type load bindertypically consists of a lever, a ratcheting mechanism, and two hooks or ends that attach to the load. To use the load binder, the operator places the hooks on either side of the load and secures them in place. Then, the lever is used to apply tension to the chain or strap until the load is secured.
