The machine features hi-accuracy,hi-speed and energy saving by 40% The servo motor drives the hydraulic pump.Electro-hydraulic servo valves control double cylinders synchronization.Hydraulic crowning compensation device ensures bending straightness.The machine frame is of steel welding structure with annealing treatment,which ensures the machine frame rigidity and accuracy stability.Digital controller is DELEM DA52s.Holland (Optional DA56s,DA66T).Multi backgauge axes are available.The machine is of quick punch clamping device.

Ram stroke hydraulic approaching downward, stable and reliable
E21 can control the movement of ram stroke and back gauge, achieving efficient and highly precise positioning
Wedge compensation on top punch clamping;
Simplified top blades clamping with micro-adjustment wedges, for easy operation and high precision;
Two Sliding front sheet support arms mounted onto T slot of the bed;
Segmented 88° top blade;
Solid one block four face multi V die;
Approved stable and reliable hydraulics;
Emergency stop buttons placed on control panel and foot switch, ensuring safety;
Metal safety guard around the whole machine ensuring operator safety;
