Graphite rotor rotating nozzle is made from high purity graphite, graphite rotor specifications for Φ 70 mm to 250 mm, specifications for impeller Φ 85 mm to 350 mm, high purity oxidation resistance of graphite rotor with high strength, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant aluminum flow characteristics.
The shape of the graphite rotor rotating is streamlined, which can reduce the resistance during rotation, and the friction and scouring force between the impeller and aluminum alloy liquid is relatively small.Thus, the degassing rate is above 50%, the smelting time is shortened and the production cost is reduced.Widely used in aluminum alloy foundries and aluminum products factories.
