FUNCTION:
1. Test each cylinder's oil supply capacity at various rotation speed
2. Test each cylinder's injection time with static state
3. Test the mechanical speeds governor
4. Test electromagnetic valve of distribution pump
5. Check pressure compensators
6. Test the sealing performance of injection pump
7. Test the oil-return quantity of distribution pump
8. Test inner pressure distributor pump.
9. Checking of the pneumatic speed governor's vacuum performance
10. Measurement of rack travel.
11. Measurement of advance angle.
12. Ten kinds of rotation speeds presetting
13. Measurement of speed governor curve(optional)
14. Test the injection angle of lube (optional)
15. Large-scale data base, search and print easily(optional)
