Metallized film filter capacitor is designed with metallized polypropylene film, which has excellent self-healing characteristics and can effectively avoid product breakdown due to overvoltage. The working temperature range of the capacitor can reach - 40 - 105 C.
Using original design and manufacturing technology, the series equivalent resistance ESR of capacitors is very low (as low as 0.1m) and the sustained load capacity of RMS current is as high as 250A.
These capacitors have very small series equivalent inductances (as low as 5nH). It is especially suitable for the direct connection installation with IGBT. It can completely omit the conventional buffer capacitor and DC bus, greatly simplify the installation structure and procedure, and greatly improve the compactness of the controller.
