This cable is applicable for fixed installations in indoor, tunnel, cable trench (not directly buried) scenarios. It features lightweight, cost-effective performance, with good electrical insulation and heat resistance, suitable for general power transmission and distribution systems.
The 0.6/1kV XLPE Insulated Power Cableis a low-voltage power transmission cable designed for reliable electricity distribution in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure applications. With cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, this Low Voltage Power Cable offers superior thermal performance, electrical stability, and long service life compared to traditional PVC insulated cables.
It is widely used in power distribution systems up to 1kV, making it a high-demand product for bulk procurement in construction and energy projects.
Operating Temperature: Normal operation (max. 90°C); Short-circuit (max. 250°C, duration 5 seconds).
Voltage: AC 0.6/1kV.
Test Standard: Withstand AC3.5kV voltage test for 5 minutes (no breakdown).
Bending Radius: 1.5-16mm²: 6xOD / 25mm²+: 8xOD / Long-term use: >10xOD.
Materials: High-purity aluminum conductor + XLPE insulation + PVC sheath (insulation & protection).
