2. Install the condensation chamber on the main unit, with a section of the seal ring on top, then add the base plate to the condensation chamber, paying attention to the protruding end facing up, then adding the adjustment plate to the top, and then installing the ring current. For the socket, it should be noted that the grooved portion on the side of the adjustment disc should correspond to the groove on the annular current socket (use the magnet to move the adjustment disc). If the metal block used with the magnet can not be taken down, it can be attached to the side of the fuselage and then removed.
3. Next, put the brackets, material trays, and then the drying bins in the top.
4. Then connect the floor type Freeze Dryer to the vacuum pump with a vacuum tube. The joints are made of international standard clamps. There is usually a sealing rubber ring in the clamp. Before connecting, apply a proper amount of vacuum grease on the rubber ring, which can protect the rubber ring and then clamp it with a clamp. 5. Check all the external bottle valves to confirm that they are in the closed state (big head up), check whether the exhaust valve is closed, close the vacuum drain valve, unscrew the drain valve, and let the residual water flow out. Tighten the valve after draining.
6. Check if the contact part of the freeze-drying chamber and the cold trap is intact, clean and re-adjust if necessary. Also pay attention to regular cleaning of the cold trap chamber and freeze-drying chamber in normal situations.
7. Close all valves (valves connected directly to the lyophilized bottle, the white knob is closed upwards). Close the valve that the cold trap and vacuum pump want to connect (behind the instrument, connect to the vacuum tube).
