For example, combined with ethanol, n-propyl acetate can dissolve phthalic acids, which are difficult to be dissolved by other common solvents. It is used as azeotrope in PTA production.Because n-propyl acetate has low toxicity, it is among few organic solvents that can be used in adhesive of cigarette carton and packet packaging papers.n-Propyl acetate is used as cleaning agent in electron industry. It has solubility to some metal chlorides.n-Propyl acetate is a soft Flash Dry.
