Self emulsifying ester ML-955is a multifunctional functional self-emulsifying water-soluble ester with three basic functions in the same product: lubrication, emulsification and hard water stability. ML-955 is especially suitable for fully synthetic cutting fluids and semi-synthetic cutting fluids.

Self emulsifying ester ML-955 Main features and benefits:
*Has excellent interface lubrication, rust and cleaning effects.
*Can effectively reduce the sticking paste.
*It has good compatibility with the formula and has no adverse effect on the stability of the system.
*Free ofsulfur, phosphorus andchlorine,to reduce the growth of bacteria.
*Strong resistance to hard water.
*It can be used alone or in combination with other lubricants.
Dosage:
Fully synthetic ratio: 5-15%, directly combined with alcohol amines, rust inhibitors, fungicides and other additives can be formulated to fully synthetic products. It can also be used with other lubricants such as polyether to achieve optimum results.
Semi-synthetic ratio: 5-20%, can reduce the use amount of emulsifier, anti-hard water stability.
Packaging: 190kg/drum or 950kg/IBC tank.
