APPLICATION METHOD
Application temperature 155±5℃, environment temperature 17~30℃;
Pre-melt the glue at least 2 hours, ensure the glue melts completely and temperature of glue reaches application temperature
Raking depth 1.5mm±0.5mm, slotting depth 1.5mm±0.5mm, slotting interval 5.0~7.0mm;
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The fluidity and setting time changes along with the temperature of working shop, please adjust the temperature of melting tank and speed of binding machine;
Glue should be used separately;
Suggested working humidity at RH50%±10%;
Clean up premelter every season and clean up melter every two weeks.
Books should be stored at 0~40℃, shall not be stored outdoors and heat source.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE CONDITIONS
Shall be stored in indoor, cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight and constant high temperature
