T106D Detergent TBN Booster Overbased (TBN 400)Synthetic Calcium Sulfonate
T106D is widely used for formulating engine oils for each grade, and this product could be also used in blending industrial lubricants as the antirust additive. T106D also has some dispersity. The alkaline calcium sulfonate can neutralize the organic acids generated by the lubricating oils and fuel oils oxidized, efficiently preventing condensation reaction from happening further and reducing the coatings and sludge. It has the excellent detergency ability and strong acid neutralization ability, and can remove the coatings and deposit, increasing solubility and making them disperse in the lubricant.
Packing: Packed in 200 liter metal drum(net weight:200kg/drum).
Storage: Please refer to SH/T0164 standard when stored, loaded and unloaded, oil blending. Keep the temperature not higher than 75°C. For long-term storage, the suggested temperature is lower than 45°C.
