Silymarin extracted by Ethanol soluble in the organic solvent, such as Methanol, Ethanol, Acetone and Ethyl Acetate and so on. But hardly soluble in water.
It use “Ethanol”as the extract solvent to solve the problem of deleterious residual organic solvents. In comparison with the silymarin extracted by Acetone or Ethyl Acetate, it make the silymarin more safety to the human body, and it is the better raw material of drug and food.
