Thesiliconeadhesivesarecharacterizedbygoodlevellingproperty,electricalinsulatingproperty,highgradeoftransparencyandeasytocleanwithwater.Mainlyusedforhealthcareproductswomenbrasandscreenprotector.

Mattersneedattention:
1.Theapplicationratioshouldbeadjustedappropriatetodifferentmaterials,thethicknessofcoatingandweatherconditions(temperatureandhumidness).Theapplicationratioshouldbetterincrease5%~10%basedrawratioathotandhumidconditions.
2.Cleaningbasematerialsandkeepitdry,freeofdustandoil.
3.Controllingandcheckingtheviscosityduringthecoatingprocess.Payattentiontothequantityforonceandmakeitdeeplycured.
- Keepinagoodandsuitableconditionforcoating.Theworkingshopshouldbedust-freeat25～35℃andhumiditycontrolledin15~60%.MuchoverdustwillcauseNGproducts,Lowovertemperaturewillcausebadlevellingpropertyandadhesionstrength,Largeoverhumiditywillcauseshrinkagecavityoffilm.Lowoverhumiditywillcausepotentialsafetyhazardandwhitybystatic.
5.Themixedsiliconeadhesiveshouldbeusedupwithin1hour,ifhighviscosityhappens,stopcoatingatonce.
6.Theworkshopshouldbeventilatedandworkersshouldwearlabourprotectiontoolsduringthecoatingprocess.Awayfromopenflame,hightemperatureandpayattentiontostaticelectricity.
7.Pleasereadtheproductsafetyinstructionsbeforeusing.
