The YJ series Heavy Duty Slurry Pump are horizontal cantilevered single-stage, single-suction, axial-suction and centrifugal slurry double-casing pumps.It is a new type energy-saving pump. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications

Feature:
1.Long bearing life: The bearing assembly is with large diameter shaft and short overhang.
2. Easily replaceable liners: Liners are bolted to the casing.
3. Easy adjustment of impeller: An impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing.
4. Simple maintenance throat-bush: the mating face of the throat bush is tapered, so the wear is reduced and removal is simple.
5.The Pump of this type also can be installed in multistage series.
6.Bearing assembly of this kind of slurry pump use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
7. The shaft seal of this kind of slurry pump could use: Packing seal; Expeller seal; Mechanical seal
