Harbin Pioneer M&E Technical Development Co, Ltd was founded by Mr. Baichun Sun in 1995. After several years of development, the company gradually focused its main business on developing CNC probeand touch probe. its production, and sales.We developed probes, tool setters, and a variety of probe styluses of the three series of products. As the first probe factory in the field of CNC machine tool probein China, Pioneer has always persisted in independent development pioneer machine and tool and worked hard to reach the world advanced level.
As an important component of the probe measurement system, the probe stylusis mainly composed of three parts: the stylus ball, the stylus rod, and the stylus handle. A stylus is the part of the measuring system which makes contact with the component, causing the probe's mechanism to displace. The generated signal enables a measurement to be taken. The feature to be inspected dictates the type and size of stylus used. It is an important execution element when measuring as a trigger sensor in a machine tool probe. We also provide tip probe, machine tool sensors, touch probe sensor, probe sensor, cnc sensorand so on.
The stylus range comprise many different types, varying in size and material. We divided the styli into 4 types according to the different styli handles. M2 Screw Probe Stylus
M2 screw probe stylus has a M2 screw handle. It has many different kinds of stylus with different materials, length and diameter. M2 screw stylus usually used for industry-standard coordinate measuring machine probes.
