Metal materials will rebound after stamping molding, due to the high hardness of stainless steel, the material rebound is larger. In the design of the molding mold, it is necessary to predict the amount of material rebound and minimize the size problems caused by material rebound.
Much stainless steel stamping and drawing parts will be required higher hardness, but because the harder the material is, the more difficult it is to stretch, sometimes it is necessary to reheat after molding to achieve hardness requirements, but the workpiece after heat treatment is prone to deformation, and the deformation should be taken into account in mold design.
