YY/T 0113-2015 "Dental composite resin wear performance test method" : This standard specifies the test method of dental composite resin wear performance in detail, including the requirements of test equipment, test conditions, test steps and data processing. The design, manufacture and use of the tooth composite resin wear tester should strictly follow this standard to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.

Control system:

PLC (Programmable logic controller) control is used to realize the automatic control of the equipment.

Operation interface:

It is equipped with a color 7-inch touch screen and supports switching between Chinese and English for easy operation.

Wear movement mode:

The sample is moving in a circle with uniform speed and constant radius relative to the grinding part, and at the same time, it is moving in a vertical direction in an intermittent way.

The friction period is usually a 30 degree Angle.

The circular motion radius of the sample is 27.5mm.

The linear velocity at the center of the sample is 75mm/s.

Wear load:

Two loads, 22N and 172N, are included to simulate wear under different conditions.

Built-in balance:

It is equipped with an analytical balance with an accuracy of 0.0001g for the precise measurement of specimen wear.

Accessory:

For grinding: special rubber plate, the number is usually 20 pieces, diameter (100±1) mm, thickness (6±0.2) mm, Shore hardness 75±5HA.

Abrasive: In line with YB/T 5217-2005, grade FC-98, particle size 110 mesh ——120 mesh of fluorite concentrate, weight is usually 5kg.

Hair dryer: With a power of about 50W, it is used to clean abrasives and debris during the test.

Ultrasonic cleaning machine: the power is 400W, used for cleaning samples and grinding parts.

Sample mold: can prepare the diameter of (10±0.1) mm, high (6±0.5) mm sample mold, made of stainless steel material, easy to disassemble the sample.

Special fixture: used to fix the sample and the matching parts to ensure stability and accuracy during the test.
