Micronized wax is primarily used as a functional additive in coatings, inks, and plastic processing, with its core function being to enhance scratch resistance, wear resistance, slipperiness, and anti-blocking properties.
Enhanced wear and scratch resistance: Adding micro-powdered wax to solvent-based, water-based, powder, UV-cured coatings, and various inks can significantly improve the friction resistance and scratch resistance of the paint film and printing surface, preventing marks left by hard metal objects.
Improve hand feel and gloss: impart a smooth feel to the surface while controlling the gloss level. When combined with matting powder, it can produce high-performance matte coatings and inks.
Special functions: Modified micro powder wax can also provide anti-slip, skin feel, anti-fingerprint and anti-graffiti effects, suitable for 3C electronic products, automotive interior and exterior decoration, floor coatings, sports equipment handles, etc.
