The characteristic of method for setting process parameters of tension leveling unit is that the finite element software was used to establish a simulation model, and then the principle of stepwise regression was used to set the process parameters such as the insertion depth and tension value of 1#roll,2#roll,3#roll of the tension leveling machine, and established a system of tension. The process parameter setting method of the leveling machine is optimized in combination with the application effect of actual production. It can eliminate the wave shape and wrapping plate shape defects that are easy to appear in the production of thin stainless steel strip, and provides theoretical guidance in order to support for strip tension and leveling then it improves the quality of strip.
