The characteristic of method for setting process parameters of tension leveling unit is that the finite element software was used to establish a simulation model, and then the principle of stepwise regression was used to set the process parameters such as the insertion depth and tension value of 1#roll,2#roll,3#roll of the tension leveling machine, and established a system of tension. The process parameter setting method of the leveling machine is optimized in combination with the application effect of actual production.
