7轴数控弹簧机有7个伺服电机，彻底摒弃了繁琐的CAM机械卷轴滑块；由数控系统直接控制弹簧的外径和外径，弹簧的转动只需要使用控制系统来调整，不需要更换机械减速器。辅助取芯刀的上下运动由伺服电机控制，使取芯刀移动精度高、方便。并且，辅助取芯刀和刀具可以一起移动，在改变弹簧外径时无需调整刀具的位置就可以保持辅助取芯刀和刀具的最佳位置。直切、对切、摆切、扭切功能齐全；新员工易于学习和理解。控制系统匹配远程互联网络接口，软件具有图形化自动编程模板，输入所需值后系统自动生成弹簧。该程序经过一些修改，完成了需要滚动的弹簧。
