振铸机械拥有成熟的消失模铸造工艺和重力铸造工艺。我们拥有2条失焊工艺自动铸造生产线，主要工序由机械手操作。我们拥有T6热处理自动线，1台EPS发泡机，2台1000kg集中熔炉，6台600kg石墨坩埚炉，1台自动HS-CXJ-3200高效节能成型机，15台其他型号白色成型机，1套普通保险杠，具有与美国富康品牌相同的先进性能，1套密度等效仪表，1套Fosco除尘机; 2台铝合金重力浇注车床，3台涂砂机制造机，1套X射线探伤光谱仪，1台金相分析仪，1台六角坐标测量仪，1台扫描仪及20多台其他配套设备。我们不仅可以提供铝合金铸件，灰铸铁铸件和球墨铸铁铸件，还可以提供机加工成品零件。只有铝合金铸件的产能才能达到每年10000吨以上。我们的产品包括：发动机缸体，缸盖，变速箱壳体，离合器壳体，转向器壳体，机器人机械手，压力壳体，蜗壳，电机壳体，进气管，支架飞轮壳体，新能源汽车零部件及各种铝合金产品。
