Nylon 6 HOY
HOY (High Oriented Yarn) is an ultra-high speed spinning filament produced by one-step spinning and stretching method with performance is between FDY and POY.
Features of Nylon HOY
Strength: ＞ 3.8-4.2 cN/dtex
elongation: 55%-65%.
HOY has higher elongation, lower strength, and smaller shrinkage of boiling water than FDY, so it has a better fabric feel.
Equipment adopted:
Japan TMT and Germany Barmag for producing; Uster tester, Oxford MQC NMRS for testing.
