Introduction of Assembly Winder Machine:
Assembly Winder Machine is used for the merge twisting after two or three strands yarns twisted. With single spindle driving, the twisting machine has a smart controlling system, and also has advanced shape controlling system & technological monitor system. The two for one twisting machine is mainly used for two yarns twisted. Also there is yarn twisting machine for more yarns. The use of PLC and servo controlling system，helps to control the setting & quality of yarn more precisely. Compared with the traditional process, our twisting machines greatly simplify the production process, reduce the labor and energy, and improve the output drastically.
Production Features of Assembly Winder Machine:
>>Numerical electric control system.
>>Meet customer's requirement of single spindle and large package.
>>Wide application of processing materials. Apply for all kinds of coarse yarn, such as polyester, polyamide, blended yarn with wool and cotton, glass fiber and so on.
>>Automation control. Optimize the electrical control system. Control the spindles, winding and yarn guiding mechanism with high-accuracy. Set and monitor the main technical parameters such as spindle speed and twist on the panel.
