Hexagon Fit Bolts
The front thread of square head shoulder boltis used for connection, and the back end without thread is used for positioning. It can withstand lateral and axial loads. The lateral load-bearing method depends on the shear strength of the bolt itself, and its lateral bearing capacity is higher than that of ordinary bolts.
In hex flange shoulder boltconnection, the diameter of the screw part is the same as the basic size between the holes, which is a transition fit. When there is relative sliding between the connected parts, the shear resistance of the hot dipped galvanized forged shoulder screw eye boltitself is used to prevent its movement, so a small pre-tightening force is required.
