However, themining cable hookwill not collide with the metal equipment to produce sparks when in use, ensuring the safety of underground coal mines. It is suitable for low-gas mines with an altitude of +1150m-1800m, an ambient temperature of -20℃～+45℃, and an earthquake fortification intensity of VIII.

The maximum breaking force is not less than 3500N, and it has strong bearing capacity and can withstand loads for a long time. The force is not less than 160kg . When the arc hook bears a load of 50kg, the deflection of the straight rod section is less than 10mm. Low hardness:The hardness of the mining cable hook is lower than that of the metal hook, and will not cause damage to the cable when laying the cable.
Anti-static:The arithmetic mean of the surface resistance of the upper and lower surfaces of the mining cable hook is ≤3×108 Ω.
Flame retardant:The average value of the flame burning time of the alcohol burner of the mining cable hook is ≤3.00s, and the maximum value of the flame burning time is ≤10.00s; the average value of the flameless burning time is ≤10.00s, and the maximum value of the flameless burning time is ≤30.00s; the flame extension length after burning is ≤280mm.
The average value of the alcohol lamp with flame burning time of the mining cable hook is ≤6.00s, and the maximum value of the flame burning time is ≤12.00s; the average value of the flameless burning time is ≤20.00s, and the maximum value of the flameless burning time is ≤60.00s; the flame extension length after combustion is ≤250mm.
Wear-resistant and long service life:The mining cable hook has strong wear resistance. During use, it will not be worn due to friction and other problems. It can maintain working performance for a long time. Under normal use conditions, the service life can reach 50 years.
