This pump is with vertical structure and its inlet and outlet are of the same diameter and stay in the same center line; it can be used outdoor when equipped with protection cover. The impeller is installed on the motor shaft which is a rational configuration that can well balance the radial load and axial load resulted from the pump operation and guarantee the operation balance of the pump and decrease vibration noise. The shaft sealing applies normal mechanical sealing, particle type mechanical sealing and combination mechanical sealing and they can effectively extend mechanical sealing serving time. The parallel operation mode and series operation mode of the pumps can be defined according to application requirements meaning requirements for flow and lift.Ⅲ.Application field:IGF model fluorine-butterfly pipeline pump can be used for long-term transportation of acid, alkali liquor of different concentration, oxidizing agent and other corrosive liquid at temperature from -85℃ to +200℃. It is widely used in fields of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, paper making, fuel gas desulfurization , dust extraction, food, pharmacy and synthetic fiber ,etc.Ⅳ.Specifications：Flow（Q）2.5-400m3/h Lift（H）15-80m Working pressure（P）2.5MPa Ⅴ.Design features：（1）This pump is vertical structure with same diameter of inlet and outlet staying in the same center line and it can be installed inside the pipeline just like a valve; it has compact and good-looking out shape,small occupation and low construction input and it can be used outdoor when equipped with protection cover. The impeller is directly installed on the extending axis of the motor, so the axial dimension is short and the structure is compact.
