·Low voltage winding
The foil structure of the low-voltage winding solves the problem ofradial helix anglewhen winding with wire, and makesthe ampere-turns more balanced. At the same time, the coil uses radial cooling air pipe, which improves the heat defeat ability. The winding solid layer uses DMD epoxy resin prepreg , and the overall is dry solid forming.
·Iron core
The iron core is made of high-qualitycold-rolled silicon steel sheet, 45° full oblique joint structure; The core column is bound with F grade weftless adhesive tape, and the core surface is wrapped with epoxy resin, which reduces no-load loss, no-load current and iron core noise.
