600T full span launching gantry
600T full span launching gantry was developed and designed by our Huada Heavy Industry Design Department for high speed railway bridges construction (250 km/hour and 350 km/hour). The maximum capacity of full span launching gantry is 600 ton. 600T full span launching gantry has the strength of being light weight, good stability, precise self positioning, precise beam positioning and easy operating. 600T full span launching gantry comes with Centralize control system, Multi speed Crane, Hydraulic powered Support, Mechanical powered Self Advancing system and spare-parts.
Packing & Delivery
Packing:
1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to reduce distortion in conveying;
2. Main beams, end beams and electric hoist are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion when transport.
Delivery:
1. If the size of whole 600T full span launching gantry is suitable for container ship, usually by container;
2. If the size is too big, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation;
3. Transport ways are based on reducing cost for you and keep the crane performance!

2.What are inspection standard for load test of 600T full span launching gantry?
Dynamic load test
1.1 times rated load, main girder does not down deflection, all mechanisms work well, performance parameters meet the design demand, all limit switches and safety protection interlock devices are reliable, all spare parts does not have cracking and flexible connection, all motors and contactors are not overheat.
Static load test
1.25 times rated load, all mechanisms work well, the crane stops 20-30 min as trial load is lifted 10 cm high, then measure main girder down deflection(theodolite, ruler). Put down trial load to measure main girder upper camber, repeat 3 times, steel structure does not have permanent deformation.
3. How to make highway bridge concrete girders?
Highway Bridge concrete girders could be made by 4 methods:
3.1 Full span prefabrication.
3.2 Segment girder prefabrication.
3.3 Full span cast-in-place girder.
3.4 Segment cast-in-situ.
