Brief Description of Coal Briquetting Machine
Briquetting machine is widely applied to produce powdered charcoal and fine charcoal balls, it is ideal processing equipment for pulverized charcoal before its being putting into furnace for burning, which will not only increase burning time but also improve resource utilization ratio. Our charcoal briquette machine can be used to compress powdery anthracite, soft coal, coking coal etc. the form charcoal briquettes used for generating power, BBQ, heating and burning in boiler. It is widely used in metallurgy industry, chemical industry and other industries.
Coal Ball Press Machine Working Process
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm).
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%.
3. Put the material into briquette press machine with add any chemical goods, it should accord to the high temperatre.
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.
5. Carbonized the briquette stick.
6,Finished briquette have 50MM,70MM diameter can be choice.
