Antimicrobial Powder Coating
Introduction
In 2020, a sudden outbreak of the new coronavirus ravaged the world, and antibacterial disinfection became a hot topic of concern.
Standard antibacterial powder coating is a new type of coating with antibacterial and bactericidal properties. It can kill bacteria and viruses on the surface of the coating within minutes to hours to prevent the spread of disease. Because the coating itself is endowed with antibacterial properties, it can keep the growth and reproduction of microorganisms including bacteria, fungi, yeasts, algae and viruses below the necessary level.
Standard antibacterial powder coating complies with FDA certification, GB/T21866-2008. and passes JIS Z2801 and ISO22196 tests, with an antibacterial rate of more than 99%.
Products coated with Standard antibacterial powder coating have hygienic self-cleaning functions. It is used in medical and health care equipment, hospital facilities, household appliances such as refrigerators and microwave ovens, commodity display cabinets, steel furniture, mobile s, teles, handrails of buses or subways, etc.
