Product Description
Waterborne two-component hydroxylated acrylic dispersion with high thick coating performance STD 2035 is a hydroxyfunctional polyacrylic dispersion designed for vehicle,machinery and anticorrosion coating. In combination with polyisocyanates or other crosslinkers, it can be used for tow-component coating. It also can be used for one component baking coating with amino resins or blocked polyisocyanates. Approx. 46% in water/solvent naphtha 100/1-butoxy-2-propanol, approx. 44:4:4. Neutralizing agent,N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine(<2wt%), bound as a salt.

Storage
The product should be stored in dry conditions above 5°C and below 35°C with the integrity of the packaging, and prevent direct sunlight. The validity of this product is for 6 months, performance assessment is recommended before use after shelf life. The product should be protected from freezing during storage. It is suggested to filter before application and use up once the package is open.The viscosity of the product is largely governed by the pH. As the pH may decrease during storage, a decrease in viscosity is also to be expected. The viscosity can be adjusted to its original value by the addition of small amounts of an aqueous 10% solution of N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine.
