Cystine Disodium Salt

Cystine Disodium Salt, systematically named disodium (R,R)-3,3'-dithiobis(2-aminopropanoate), is an ionic derivative of L-cystine formed by neutralizing the two carboxyl groups of L-cystine with sodium hydroxide.
